Hello everyone! I'm planning to remodel the kitchen. I already choose the cabinet, counter top, floor. Now it's time to choose the appliances. I'm planning on going for a higher-end appliances. BTW my kitchen are not that big. I was just wondering which one company to buy. They are all built-in. Here are my selections.
36" Blue Star Cook-top (22k btu gas) or 36" Wolf Range-top (16k btu gas)
Both are 6burnerss.
Which one to choose?

Which one is better/ the one I should get?

Was thinkin of Viking but I do want the dual fan.
