Hello again everyone,

I went to a wonderful little farmers market today where I sampled a simply wonderful horseradish and bacon spread/dip for crackers and veggies. I was to cheap to buy some at the tourist prices they had on it, since I figured one of you may have a recipe for it you might share with me. This one was a sour cream base. I have already been running the possibilities through my mind of how they may have made it. Anyone out there got a similar sounding recipe?
