if ya really want ta try a real simple start would be sour cream, bacon, horseradish, dash o' worstechire....worsteschire...worschtchire..(forge t it)...salt and pepper maybe a small squeeze of lemon.
after a simple base like that you could add thyme, or capers or just try what you like.
start by mixing the sour cream and horseradish to the proper heat you want, probably around a 1/3 cup for a standard container of sour cream, depends how hot ya like it
