Not really
is just something I saw in Tampopo. There is this scene where they are all having breakfast and suddenly one of the guys picks up a square of nori seaweed, wraps some rice in it and eat the whole think. I decided to try this and really loved it, the trick is that the rice must be very very hot so the nori becomes softer. To me is like eating rice wrapped on fish skin
The tuna and olive oil is just an invention of mine, since nori tastes pretty much fishy I tought It will taste good with seafood.
