 Stopping in to say hi
Hello! I'm Rachelle, and excited to be starting culinary school and a new career/life next week at the seemingly-very-old age of 44. Six months ago I was an unhappy corporate public relations person when I got the layoff notice that would change everything. I love food and the people who also love it, so while I know that this new path will be a lot of very hard work, I'm excited to be able to do something I've always wanted to do -- that will make me -- and hopefully other people -- happy.
