This is not the usual recipe, it is very obscure one!
Slice champinion mushrooms, chop or in a blander a basil bunch,
On a hot plate griller etc, grill piece of Beef, a small piece,
just to brown the out side not cook it, inside should be uncooked, now slice thinly and arrange in a long plate mixed the mushrooms with basil and a bit of olive oil, and spread on the top of the meat in a hot oven and cook, till the beef is done. |
