Julia Butterfly Hill came to town for a reception a year after this thread was started. One of my fine dining chef friends served 8 of us a raw foods lunch...multicourse. It was viabrant. Amazing flavors. If there were a restaurant in town serving top notch raw I'd eat there, but preparing it is just too much fuss. |
