I am a chef at a 4 diamond resort casino, here the demands for perfection and new concepts are a must. I have been writing the holiday menus for 11 years know, and well I am fresh out of ideas for this new year. Is thier anyone out there who can help a fellow chef out with some new ideas and concepts?
