Hi there, I always use tubes of green chilli puree when I cannot be bothered to cut up green chillies, pepper sauce is more of a condiment, I think, it comes in bottles in various strengths, the sweet kind is great - wonderful for perking up cooked dishes. Hope this helps, am only a home cook. |
