Under the "Tiny Brush with Fame" category, I met Sir Stephen Spender when he did a reading at the college I was attending. And I also had breakfast with Howard Nemerov once. He was a really sweet old guy. Enjoyed his eggs and bacon! Loved to talk.
"The Geeky Tourist" category: I sat across the aisle from Sharon Stone and Dwight Yokum in an Italian restaurant in LA and tried real hard not to stare.
