I've got "Hero" compounds from Swiss Chalet.
Says on the label--- Keep cool and in a dark place. Can I put them in the fridge, or does that mean strictly in a cupboard? What do you all recommend, when storing your flavor compounds? And what is the shelf life on these?
Also,nut pastes, i.e. hazelnut paste?
