sorry about the lapse in conversation, I geuss we're all a bit busy this time of the month. Inventory is done, now its just time to hope & pray the bookeeper (i call er helen) doesn't make a typo.
Anyways, Greg, I'm leaving my current post As Chef De Cuisine, to be the Sous at a new hotel/restaurant opening in St. Paul.
