I would like to find out more about the community oven. I live in a small community that is rich with chefs and good cooks. Maybe(if I dream hard enough) something like this could work in my community. I like the idea of neighbors working together enjoying quality bread sounds good to me. Hmm breaking bread with my neighbor.....
