uh oh...I thought I was looking for an all-purpose spice blend. The blend/paste/whatever seems different in every recipe I read, but I thought I should start somewhere. Is there a difference between the spice blend you use on tandoori chicken v tandoori shrimp? I keep hearing about it, it sounds interesting, but I've never eaten it. Sounds like I need to learn more about it first.
BTW, both the above recipes look good to me. Perhaps I should just dive in and start mixing! |
