Now that's a real challenge. Had no idea those problems existed in G.B. Here, I'm not allowed to cook eggs poached, or "over easy." They must be well done. I'd like to find another way to make Hollandaise. I'd also like to just stay away from beef. Hope things eventually get better for you over there.
