 Need a good rub for ribs.
We're doing beef ribs for a special next week and the boss asked me to see if i could find a good rub to use on them . Any suggestions are welcome . I would prefer something that can be put together with the dry spices and herbs on hand in the kitchen , but if someone knows of a premix that is redilly(sp) avalible in the hampton roads virginia area then that is good to . I believe they are to be bar-b qed . |
