Hard to believe looking back at ChefTalk's humble beginings that we started off with about 40 or so members and since that time (about 10 years now) we have over 15,000 registered members? Actually if truth be told we have probably had well over 20,000 people register for the forums but we prune unused accounts from time to time.
Thanks everyone for making ChefTalk a great resource to get answers to cooking questions. And an especially thank your moderators who help keep things in order and an eye on the spam.
