Default That's All Folks.....

Well everyone (sounds ominous doesn't it?),

Sara Moulton was our last scheduled Q&A forum and we will be taking a break for the summer. What I would like to know is who would you like to see in the forums next? Jaques Pepin, Bobby Flay, Rick Tramanto, Gordon Ramsey (right), etc?

Please post your ideas for our next series of guest forums so we can start working on them.

Also, if anyone has connections to celebrity chefs and they would like to assist in helping to organize a Q&A forum for ChefTalk please contact me.

Well, since Jacques was the chef that got me hooked on cooking in the first place, I'd select him...with Hubert Keller a very close second....

I'd like to see Cat Cora. My guess is that we have the same sense of humor.
