Default Non-alcoholic drink pairings

Call me unrefined, but I do not really like alcohol. And with all the medicine I take, it's not a very good idea that I do drink alcohol.

Is there a book out there that talks about making non-alcoholic drinks and how to pair them with meals? I'd like to do something else than the usual glass of water.

Thanks!

I know per se has an amazing non-alcoholic pairings with their dinners so I am sure some chefs do this and there must be a book out there.

Why don't you give use some sample dishes and we will tell you what drinks we think would go well with them.

I'm not a big drinker myself.

Just ideas; things that go well with chicken, pasta, etc.. I really have no idea - I am just looking for ideas.

I typically eat some type of pasta each night.
