What do I do with Bacardi 151 Rum?

If you have never tried cookung steak in 151 then you can no say it is better used in desserts because it it ****ing awesome when seaks are cooke in it!!try it then tell me I am wrong

I spend a lot of money on aging steaks, and do not want it cooked in sugar which when you have a reduction of rum this is what you get. My customers would send it back. If you like yours that way that's fine ,but you are not the general public.
