On the liquor/wine rack......in this picture it is a little bare...but

Patron Silver Tequila Jack Gin Rum Vodka vermouth Amaretto Scotch Cognac Brandy

along with a few "standard mixers" along with some fun things....godiva chocolate, kaluha, espresso vodka

I always have a bottle of stoli vodka in the freezer as well, for mixers for it's silly to experiment with martinis/mixers with gray goose and such.

On the bottom I always , champaign, a couple bottles of white and a couple of red. usually at least 2 bigger bottles of yellow tail or other "cheaper" wine for guests who say "can i have an ice cube in my wine"

for my, my go-to-non-special wines are usually blackstone merlot, bogle petite syrah, jlohr and simi.

I am itching to get a 12 bottle wine fridge....

in my fridge fridge, I usually stock perrier, club soda, tonic, regular coke in a can, diet, and 7 up. cranberry juice orange juice and milk.

I have an office-type water cooler as well.

Bottled water, various sodas and beers, cranberry juice, orange juice, milk, vodka, flavored vodka, more vodka, bourbon, tequila, rum, a variety of liqueurs (I have a rack similar to Murphy's, but my S.O. typically empties it out on a regular basis, so the selection constantly changes) and I usually keep at least 2 bottles each of inexpensive but tasty Shiraz and white wine.

No, I'm not a lush... LOL... I like to make LOTS OF CHOCOLATES.

At any given time:

Wine Rack:
About 2 cases of assorted reds (mostly California and mostly reasonable)
About a case of assorted white wines (ditto)
About half a dozen bottles of sparklers (not so ditto)
Three or four bottles of dessert wine (currently all orange muscat)
Port: Usually a bottle or two hanging around (nothing special right now)
Sherry: Always a few good ones

Liquor Cart:
Araki: Club
Bourbon: Dickel 12 (Tennesse whiskey actually), Elijah Craig, Woodford
Campari
Cognac: Remy
Creme de Cassis
Gin: Hendricks and Boodles
Irish: Clantarfal
Jinro: Green
Lillet
Liqueurs: Various, sundry and usually just dregs
Ouzo: No. 7
Plum stuff from Korea -- I have no idea what it's called in any language
Rum: Light, Bacardi for mixing; Aged for drinking, varies, a 20 yr Venezuelan called Centenaro.
Scotch: In theory -- Laphroaig, MacAllan and whatever comes during Christmas - usually I get it faster than I can give it away; but in actuality there's currently a bottle of Glenlivet I keep for a friend, and a bottle of "like 20 year old MacAllan" from TJ's -- very good, actually.
Tequila: Cheap (hah!) for mixing; good for drinking -- right now Tres Generaciones
Triple Sec: Bols
Vermouth: Martini
Vodka: Smirnoff Silver, Monopolowa

Refrigerator:
Seltzer, tonic, milk (whole -- for SWMBO's lattes), cream (for cooking and SWMBO's Americanos), orange juice (me), V8-Fusion of one kind or another (SWMBO), Jarritos soda (Tamarind currently), Diet Coke, diet A&W or Barq's or diet orange soda or diet cream soda (me), beers (various).

Kitchen:
Cognac: Raynal
Madeira: San Antonio -- Cheap
Red wine: 2 buck Chuck Zin usually, but right now Big House Red ($3.99 a bottle!!!)
Rum: Dark Bacardi and Captain Morgan
Sherry: Tesoro Fino and Amontillado -- cheap
White wine: I think there's a bottle of Riesling in the fridge and a bottle of 2 buck Chuck Sauv. Blanc on the counter

Desk Drawer:
Bourbon: Dickel 12
