The Oasis of my Soul...

Posted 03-30-2008 at 06:14 AM by Beemerchef

(and no...couldn't get into the French Laundry in case you were wondering! )

This week for basic, we did some tasty beef dishes. Our team made beef...

The Oasis of my Soul...

Over my head in Moab, UT
Last night we had to tow the rig back to camp after some a bit to rough riding, a deep creek crossing and the engine dying a couple miles after. 24 hrs hours later with much help from friends, it seems that it is the HEC…
Hall Effect Sensor… ignorant me, never heard of that animal lounging around deep down somewhere in the midst of all the running parts. Seems like they only last about

Posted 03-24-2008 at 09:07 AM by RPMcMurphy
Laurie had the idea of doing stuffed mushrooms with Feta stuffing...

Easter morning comes....I wake up at 6 to put the turkey on...this was quite the 'experiment' and I was really unsure "if" it would work..it did.
