Yes it is january and i am a little late on talking about thanksgiving, but national financial stress month (december) has led me to actually sit down and watch movies and tv.....alot......and with boredom comes ranting.

So what alot of people now take for granted is our planet earth. People dont realize how MUCH the earth does for us then what they think. It gives us wood to build our houses, land for recreation......and food, which is what i am primarily stressing......then i started to think about thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving is primarily celebrated in the USA and Canada and in the USA we give thanks to whatever our possessions are whether it me spiritual in nature or physical but how many people even acknowledge earth. People mention God alot, but the harvest isnt growing on God, and thats what thanksgiving is all about, celebrating the harvest that grows on earth and feeds us.

I allready have my plans for thanksgiving 2009. Im going to harvest whatever i can in my little patio and if its just tomatos and sunflowers then so be it. Its what happend in the early days before mass productuon.

I just want to show my loved ones what I actually grew and got without going to a supermarket and celebrate that what we get is from what is grown, and hopefully this will show an alternative way to you readers
