My Life Plan

I'm all curled up in my little corner of my bed, curled in a blanket, surrounded by enough pillows to make a flock of geese very nervous, and sipping on a nice lemon tea, reading on my favorite forum. A bit more of Capitol Reef, the “Grand Wash”, Utah
Great commercial shot above!… it is a great helmet with the visor really protecting from the sun quite often. One can do the “Grand Wash” in an hour or spend all day as we almost did. Walking part of it is also a great experience between the walls of this Canyon with a constant change in the rock formations and endless colors of red hues. Stay away if ever

Upgrade madness

Well this past weekend ChefTalk completed a large upgrade of the forums, photo gallery, and blogging engine. Bugs have been minor and everyone seems to be enjoying the new features (comments please). There are some great new features such as Social Groups, much more feature rich profile page (think my space (lite version)).

The forums are doing very well and the photo gallery has really taken off but it would be nice to see the blogs take off. To tell you the truth I am surprised...

giving up is hard to do

I've got a weird method I use, only when I've got some spare time, or just bored.
I use this fried chicken recipe, very basic and easy.
But what I do is marinade the chicken first, for as long as possible. anything goes, yogurt, lemon juice, vinegars, various tasty liquids, and so on.
