I’m excited about this online blogging. Its different and a new way to communicate with each other and also with new people. This week so far has been somewhat hectic. There’s an entirely different point of view on café. We actually prep the food and serve instead of just serving. And to my surprise, everyone is working so well together and I’m thankful. (Sam) I love the idea of having an online blog to share our thoughts without having to scream them at one another over the minor catastrophes that can occur from time to time. To talk about the things we liked, things we didn‘t so much, our thoughts and relations to and with one another and maybe even progress in working toward a profound goal. Hopefully it’s not all frustration being tossed around here like spaghetti in a food fight but something a little more constructive and a lot less messy....

(Chef) Well, we are in our second week of school and there has been so much ‘stuff’ that has not yet been cooking.
