i made carrot cupcakes , with fresh walnuts and sultanas and then decorated it with vanilla and tangerine cream cheese icing and little fondant accents
I will post a picture later on the flavours in the cream cheese just so complimented each other and really bought out the flavours in the cupcakes.I couldnt beleive how the frosting really lifted the flavour of the carrot particularly

"vanilla and tangerine cream cheese icing" -- wow, that sounds like an interesting combination of flavors.

it smelt so nice , it was using vanilla bean extract and fresh organic tangerines of my mums tree.
It gave it a lovely exotic flavour which went really well with the flavour of the carrot cupcakes
