How soon do you need them? If you can't find them locally, you can grow your own in only about ten days.

I'm sorry, but I'm confused what you're asking. Sites for what?

If you want to grow your own (which is what I was suggesting) you don't need much at all: some flats, seed, fluorescent bulbs and you're good to go.

Actually, you can buy the seed from any seed house. Or even from the local hardware store.

Micro-greens are not special plants. They are merely the variety you desire, picked when very small. Typically they'll only have one or two sets of true leaves, and they're barely developed.

If you want a selection of greens, choose any of the so-called mesclan mixes found in the catalogs. Or else just make a list of what you want to add to the dish, and order seed for them separately.

Keep in mind that most dishes calling for micro-greens use a bitter mix, in order to add that flavor level. So most of them contain things like arugala and escarole for the bitterness.
