Hi Writer: Well, your first question about what I harvest in the first two weeks in September....hoping the corn will be ready, but who knows, cabbage is hanging in there, beets should be big, potatoes and beans. (with luck). Second question: SS lamb, we haven't had any in a long, long time as we are beef producers and there is a long-standing grudge between the two, hee hee. It really is good, but it depends on how it was raised, fed, finished,butchered and cooked. There are some producers superior to others as in anything else. Personally, I would take one of our own steaks over lamb any day, but I am prejudiced as you can imagine. Islander |
