I came into here because of my tomato problems I'm having and then forgot to ask for help with them.
some of my plants get buds but get eaten or?
anyway, no fruit from some of them.
I sprayed them with that bug spray for vegetables and that hasn't seemed to help.
they get enough water, enough sun and miracle grow too.
what's wrong with my tomato plants?

Are you sure they're being biten off? Could be, due to environmental reasons, that they're merely aborting. Happens a lot with tomatoes.

Are you seeing other signs of insect infestation?

As to the rest, I can't offer advice because I never use synthetic chemicals in my garden, so have no idea how they do or don't work. Besides which, "that bug spray" is kind of a nebulous term, as there are probably a dozen or more brands and chemicals sold for that purpose.

it's possible they're being bitten off.
not sure, I did see a few times some very green grasshoppers on them.
that's why I sprayed and it says it's only a soap spray, they don't like the flavor of the soap so they are supposed to pass on that plant and move on. cause the buds are now missing.
no tomato worms, I've looked and looked for those, but if I find I heard I'm supposed to light a match to it, yuk.

I am not saying that something such as grasshoppers aren't eating your blossoms. But a problem I had earlier on one of my plants was blossom drop, which sounds like it may be similar to the troubles your having.

The tomato plant, in question, already had a decent amount of fruit developing on it...and we also had been having very cool wet days and nights in upper Illinois. I started to notice some of the blossoms withering away (above the blossom) and then dropping to the ground.

anyhooooo, yes, it does seem like maybe my blossoms are simply dropping off.
also yes, they could be dying off before the fruit can establish itself.
many of my blossoms are shrunk or dead without the benefit of them turning into food.
rats, I hate this problem as I couldn't love my back yard and front yard and patio tomatoes more
