Default ? Mail order herbs

Does anyone know where I could order some 'windowsill' herbs? I didn't get my chives inside on time, and they're gone for the winter outside - and I HATE buying those mushy excuses in the stores! Have done some searches, but haven't come up with much. Thanks in advance!
