Wink In Minnesota??

Did you get it as a fantasy read? Or is there some way you can actually use it up there in the frozen mdWest?

What a great find kuan!

So wonderful that it found a good home and someone who appreciates it. Actually most of the plants/cultivars in the US came from all of our ancestors who moved to North America, there are actually very few foods we consume which are native to this continent.

Are you going to have a garden this year kuan?

"Very few foods..........native to this continent" ? Say what? I can only assume you're saying this tongue-in-cheek. So before someone else does, I'll begin the long list of foods native to this continent that I eat virtually everyday............
Corn, popcorn, sunflower seeds, beans (except broad beans), potatoes, squash, peppers, chocolate, tomatoes, vanilla, many fish species are unique to this hemishpere, turkey, venison (2 species)............anyone else want to join in?
