Question Oxford Companion to Food?

Does anyone have a copy of the Oxford Companion to Food? I was thinking of picking up a copy of it, but is it worth the $$$?

Joe,
It is worth the cash. It is a bit 'glossy' as far as depth goes; but what do you expect for a book that covers so much. I find it particularly handy when searching for a techinical definition or spelling. I have yet to turn to the book and not find what I was in search of.
