| Hey Guys! I just started reading a book called Kitchen Confidential. It is soo good that I can't put it down. It tells all the lowdown on working as a chef. It is Anthony's tell-all book on what he has seen and what working as a Chef is REALLY like. If you get a chance to read it, I really recommend it! |

| If you like the way he writes, you might enjoy Tony's 2 gangster novels ("Bone in the Throat" & "Gone Bamboo"). Both feature a chef as a major player. Lots of fun. He also just completed a biography of Typhoid Mary (also a cook).

This will be my next book to read by him. KC has kept my interest very well so far. I have a copy of The Cooks Tour, but haven't gotten around to reading it yet.Ruth www.lotsarecipes.com |
