| I've been looking almost everywhere that I can think of. What I'm looking for is a Cook Book Club (ex: 4 books for $1 each) And all that I've found were Unite States based sites. Are there ANY Canadian sites out there? If so, please, tell me where I can find them. I've finally found out what my hobbie is...........colecting cookbooks. Please help. |

| The Good Cook is an American club, they accept Canadian members. I think there is a coupon in this month's issue of Gourmet. They have a website: http://www.thegoodcook.com

| Peter: No cookbook clubs in Canada that I am aware of. Check out the US clubs closely before signing up. The exchange and the shipping might be killers and you may also have to pay duty on them as they are shipped from across the border. Probably your best bet is to get reviews from this site ( this is a critical bunch) and go shopping at Indigo. I too have the cookbook obsession (drives my husband nuts). There is a great store in downtown Toronto that carries all sorts of vintage books if that is your bag. I just can't remember the name of it at the moment. Cheers Linda |
