New website im starting.

Im the first to admit im late to join the bandwagon, but as i couldnt find a blog with what i wanted. Ill make one myself.

The whole point of this blog is to help people learn new tips and tricks in the kitchen, get an insight into the way a professional kitchen works but most importantly, its to cook great tasting food in a non professional environment and on a small budget.

Now i enjoy being at work, i have a large well stocked kitchen, modern equipment and lots and lots of room.

At home i have a small kitchen, with outdated appliances, and little room for supplies but that doesnt mean i cant prepare great tasting healthy meals in there every single day.

If you follow my blog along you will find meal ideas for each day (as long as i get a chance to put one on here) each meal will have ingredient lists, prep methods, and cook instructions.

My aim is to make every meal you ever had in a fancy restaurant, but didnt believe you could ever reproduce at home possible!

i put my first recipe i just made on there now... ill add more daily... hopefully it will turn into a site that becomes very very usefull to those who need it... and simply a resource for those on occasion

i need to retroactively update it for yesterday and today, ive just been busy at work is all...

btw if anyone wants to contribute recipes, your more than welcome... full credit is provided plus a link to a site of your choice (if its acceptable) rule is it must be under £5 or $10 for at least 4 people and not require huge amounts of specialist equipment... (not much cooking does)

Congratulations on the new blog and I do hope it would be a success. I would love to try something like that, you know, keeping a blog and devoting it to the stuff I love.. But, for me, it would really be hard having work to worry about.

the last part you have here is a great idea....I went to your blog and it doesn't look like you kept at it.....you should, or you have just been a little busy....I have a cooking blog as well and was thinking we could work together.
