Post James Petersons soup book.

I just found James Petersons soup book for a ridculously low price at a used book store. If it is anything like his sauce book, I am going to be enjoying it immensely;.

Thumbs up

Yes, this is a very informative book on soups. I like the style of his writting the subjects he covers, and the certain details he explains. Another one of his well-written books is (Fish & Shellfish)
