At work I have a large collection of cook books that are now gathering dust. I fall back on Food For Fifty, and Oprah's cook book and several vegetarian cook books. I am now going to use recipes that I have found on this site as well as recipes that I see on the cooking channel. I also use a lot of recipes that I find in magazines. I do a lot of recipes by request, and sometimes the girls will bring in recipes from home that they want to share

First book I'll use: The Best Recipe. I wonder what recipe I'll used.

I recieved The Food Of Italy while at the hospital. I've been drooling over it all week I am now ready to use it.

What else.... Vegetables by James Peterson, The Cook And The Gardener, Chez Panisse Café Cookbook. I could go on and on.

So many recipes so little time...

I know. The famous or infamous Scone recipe. Unless you learned it by heart!
