| Ahh, TJ MAXX. I picked up a tagine there yesterday (another product of one of my "I'm just going in to look - I will not buy anything" excursions). I was inspired after having seen someone make a fabulous couscous in one. However, I assume it does much, much more than just make couscous, and I'd like to do a little experimenting. Does anyone have tagine experience? Tips/tricks? |

| Try any stew or braised item in there for experimentation. If you want specific recipes, do a search on it as well as morroccan food. Lamb Tagine is the most popular here in the states.
