| i just bought a good set of Calphalon Commercial Hard-Anodized i have not reive it yet but some told me that they no good because of have anodized coating but i see chef use them and i think Emeril Lagasse use them tell what any one think it a good to use Thanks Piglet |

| It's fine for home use. You get the advantages of aluminum without the drawback of oxides in your food. It's non reactive so acidic foods are fine in it. Never mind what emeril uses. He's selling oyu cookware. Go into his restaurant kitchens and you will see something else entirely. |

| Calphalon is pretty good. I prefer to use the dishwasher and that's pretty rough on hard anodized finishes so I prefer stainless steel overall. Phil |
