Default Tagine trouble.

Hi all, well my glazed earthenware tagine arrived with the latest Claudia Roden cookbook. However my biggest problem is each time I check out a Tagine receipe a regular pan/pot is used.
I have also searched the net (which is how I found this site) and the same thing. Some use crockpots! others have the latest cast iron bottom with glazed lid. I am going nuts trying to find out a receipe that you put straight into my new tagine. If anyone can help I would be very grateful.

Thanks in advance and slaint.

Check out a book on Amazon called Real Stew by Clifford Wright. it's chock full of recipes from the Middle East (amongst other places0 using a tagine.
