Default New Restaurant Supplie Store

IF you live on Long Island NY there is a new Restaurant supply store opened on voice road in Carle Place off of Glen Cove Road near Harrows next to BOCES auto machines school. I was in there yesterday and it has everything. I did not know any of the pans name but 12" triply skillet was $24. The have all the big Hobart stuff and a big stainless tea Kettle for under $20. I did know the label on the none-stick pans Excaliber coating.

and the name of the store is _________????

I don't get down to the city often but I would like to take a look at their offerings. If I had a name I could search for more accurate directions. I live in a tiny little town in Upstate NY and it's been years since I've driven in that particular part of LI.

Thanks, Helen

I know where you are describing. I'll pay them a visit in the near future. I'm in Queens.
