 Of interest... Of course there is commercial equipment in my conf. ctr. kitchen, but also I have all commercial in my home kitchen. Naturally one doesn't need an appliance of gargantuan size at home, and comm. does come in many sizes. I just find them tough and reliable, what do others think?  |
