Question Food Loops

Have any of you used these? http://www.thefoodloop.com/about/

They're silicone adjustable loops you use in lieu of tying your rolled foods. I got some a couple of months ago and like them. I use them to truss chicken and secure rolled chicken breasts, etc.

Any other uses come to mind?

Ive used similar products much in the same way. Roulades, stuffed pork loin, stuffed flank steak, etc...
Sometimes it can be hard to escape buchers twine though.
