Default Need manual for KA Ice Cream attachment

My wife was nice enough to buy me the ice cream attachment for our Kitchen Aid mixer. Unfortunately, I think it was a return or something, because there was no manual/instructions in the box. The place she got it from does not have any more.

We called KA, and they are going to send us one in the mail, but that will take a while and I wanted to make some ice cream for Thanksgiving desert.

Would someone here be kind enough to email me a scan of their instruction book? I'd really appreciate it...my email address is: ericthornton43@hotmail.com

PS - anyone have a recipe for pumpkin ice cream?

Hey Eric,
If you go to the KA website, you might be able to find the manual online...
http://www.kitchenaid.com/custserv/service.jsp
Scroll down to the lower third of the page, and there's a place to enter your model number and search for the owner's manual...

Best of luck...sorry, can't help with the ice cream recipe.

Cheers,

Micki

I had tried to get it from the website before, but there was no documentation listed with the ice cream attachment.

This time instead of following the links through the product, I entered the part number where you said, and I got it. Thanks for the help!

Have you tried to make ice cream yet? I'm curious as to how it turns out. The ice cream maker is on my "to buy" list. But then, so is the pasta roller. And the meat grinder, and the salad shredder...
