| I'm doing a total overhaul of our kitchen and am looking at either the DCS 36" gas range with grill or the Wolf 36" gas range with grill. My main concern is ease of cleaning and maintenance if any is required. I've looked at some others like the Viking, Thermador and a couple others that look like the inside of the grill is difficult to keep clean. Any thoughts? I'm also thinking I need a 1200 cfm hood. Any recommendations? David |

| I have a 48" Wolf. Six burners and the charbroiler. The charbroiler is easy to take apart and clean in the sink, but it will not look shiny after you use it a couple times. That's why they have the cover. Works great. I also have a 1200 CFM Wolf. Takes everything out with no problem. Note that with 1200 CFM you could very well need some sort of air return. My community required it. Added about $800 for the heating guy to come in and install an air return.Kevin I like muskies. |
