 Dual Fuel vs. All Gas? Would someone with experience enlighten me on the advantages and disadvantages of duel-fuel vs. all gas? It used to be self-cleaning ovens, heating times, broiling, etc. But lately Viking (according to THEIR literature) has solved these problems with a 30,000 BTU oven, 18,000 BTU IR broiler, and it's self cleaning as well. I need input from experienced users. Thanks, Gandolf  |
