 Home versions of Professional Ranges I'm going to buy (though not for a year) a 48" range. I don't want sealed burners and I want a 26" (not 25") oven, since I have sheet pans. It struck me Dynasty, Wolf and Garland were better built than DCS. I then narrowed it down to Garland on the sheet pan issue. Does anyone out there know something I should know about this? Any direct experience with brands/models? Thanks.  |
