stovetop smokers - you need to try it I saw this first on Emeril's show and decided to gift one to both my father and brother-in-law since they're big "grillers". I purchased them from a local gourmet kitchen store for around $40. Finally my dad made some pork ribs when I was in town and they were out of this world. Having eaten plenty of ribs in Texas I can say that these were the most tender I've ever had. He now wants to smoke everything he can get his hands on. Fish, beef, veggies etc. I'm convinced that I have to purchase my own. Has anyone else tried this and do you have some interesting recipes? |
