 Best Christmas Present! My darling husband gave me a rasp with the optional holder for zesting fruit and grating hard cheeses and chocolate! This is an amazing tool! I love it and have never grated hard parma cheeses with such ease! He ordered it from a catalog for under $15.  I thought my favorite small tool was my Beni slicer but not anymore! Eat well no matter where you are!
