Question Holding Meat

What is the best way to hold roasts (Prime Rib, etc) for service? Does it hurt quality to hold meats? Any info would be helpful. Thanks!

I seen rare meat held successfully at 150°F for many hours. The cabinet needs to have a seal so the athmosphere inside stays moist.
